Ultra High Vacuum Multifunctional Magnetron Sputtering System |
This system is used to deposit thin metal or insulator film on substrate
in micro fabrication process. Sputtering is the process whereby atoms are
ejected from a target material to be deposited on a substrate as a result
of the bombardment of the target by high energy particles like Ar ions.

This 355nm UV laser system is used to dice GaN, Silicon or any other wafer.
The principle is the high intensity laser interacts with the substrate
material and the resulted plasma evaporating the substrate material.
As there are no blades or mechanical contact involved with laser processing,
chips and cracks associated with mechanical processing are avoided.

Electron Beam is a form of physical vapor deposition in which a target
anode is bombarded with an electron beam given off by a charged tungsten
filament under high vacuum. The electron beam causes atoms from the target
to transform into the gaseous phase. These atoms then precipitate into
solid form, coating everything in the vacuum chamber (within line of sight)
with a thin layer of the anode material
